Well, you have libva1:i386 in version 1.1.0-1ubuntu1~xup2 installed, so you'd have to install the same version for amd64. That version does not come from Ubuntu, so closing this report as invalid - it's not a bug when you have broken/non-official packages installed. ** Changed in: libva (Ubuntu)
