I have the same problem with Lubuntu 13.10 from the desktop panel in
"Shut Down" I click on the "Suspend" everything is going well and the pc
is suspended, when I try to reactivate the screen remains black, no
imput and I must proceed to the forced shutdown of the machine by
holding down the power
