actually attempt to call dbus-launch", the only time this would be true
would be if you used an "autolaunch:" path for the bus address and
attempted to connect to it.

That patch does not make much sense; it nullifies the reason for
splitting out the package in the first place. Someone needs to talk to
the Debian maintainer (Sjoerd Simons) and discuss the reason for that,
and this bug.
