Hi! I installed Ubuntu 13.04 and my first boot up experience on this
computer was the screen displaying artifacts. First impressions last,
please fix problems like this on the next Ubuntu release!
- lspci | grep VGA
- 00:0d.0 VGA compatible controller: NVIDIA Corpo
Workaround was to install the proprietary driver. I'm shure we want
avoid this for the Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) release. Failsafe
graphics mode should be an option.

Christopher Forster, this bug was reported a while ago and there hasn't
been any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an
issue? If so, could you please test for this with the latest development
