Same problem here with an Acer Travelmate 4000. I have the same problem with an acer Travelmate 4000. Wireless was working perfectly in Feisty. After an update to Gutsy, kill switch is always off. Pressing the button won't change the status. Booting with the old 2.6.20-16 kernel works perfectly in gutsy, but the default kernel in gutsy won't
