The current Saucy kernel (config-3.10.0-2-generic) causes my machine to
- lock during bootup. Swithching to a text mode boot I discovered that
- CPU #1, #2 and #3 report that they are softlocked by the "migration"
- process (I believe that's internal to the kernel) and

kernel I have is 3.8.0-26-generic.

Also, I'd like to perform a bisect to figure out what commit caused this
regression. We need to identify the earliest kernel where the issue
started happening as well as the latest kernel that did not have this
issue.
