I found the relevant files on the system and can manually delete or edit
as needed. All that is needed is for "Main Menu" editor to search this
file location:
/home/USERNAME/.local/share/applications/alacarte-made.desktop
/home/USERNAME/.local/share/applications/alacarte-made-1.desktop
/home/USERN
Second attempt at marking as "Package: alacarte"
