We haven't heard from you in awhile, and wanted to confirm if this is still an
issue. You may also wish to upgrade to the latest version of

Similar/same problem.
Prior to changing to a new ISP, I moved all of my Inbox to another folder.
My 'empty' Inbox now reports "Total: 279".
