...explicitly targets the correct configuration file, as openbox-lubuntu
loads config from...
$XDG_CONFIG_HOME/openbox/lubuntu-rc.xml
...and $XDG_CONFIG_HOME was empty in my case (launching from tty1, and
it was unset).
