The problem is I'm not certain if this is a problem with the kernel ( suspend mechanism ) or with acpi ( the button sensor mechanism ). Suspending manually, running 2.6.20, isn't stable either---but when it works, its LIGHTNING FAST!! Sometimes I just press `suspend' and nothing happens though---a
