So I have added the tag kernel-fixed-upstream and also changed the status from Incomplete to Confirmed. I noticed recently that the kernel has been upgraded, but it still it is 3.8.0 kernel; the kernel upstream that I tested which fixed this problem is 3.10.0. Does this mean that I have to wait ti
