prior to Saucy. Certainly don't backport on account of me!
Whether it should be mark as Status Invalid is up-to-you; I don't know

So I have added the tag kernel-fixed-upstream and also changed the
status from Incomplete to Confirmed.
I noticed recently that the kernel has been upgraded, but it still it is
3.8.0 kernel; the kernel upstream that I tested which fixed this problem
is 3.10.0. Does this mean that I have to wait ti
