Ok, fixed the postinstall script to not include manpages unless they
exist. Marking as fix released slighly prematurely because launchpad
will autobuild and publish this tomorrow anyway.

Hmmm, seems worse than I thought: actually the manpage is emacs-
snapshot.1.gz, so there really is no such manpage available at all,
which means I guess we need some corner-case logic in our update-
alternatives code. currently it just assumes there are manpages for all
binaries and iterates over t

against some other emacs-snapshot that hasn't been updated since 2009

I think this might be related to the way that I've split out the -common
package... it is probably the case that the manpage is identical, so it
got moved i
