linaro, cynogenmod, asop - are not yet using gcc4.8 for android kernel builds,
as they are known not to work.
the 4.7 toolchain will be kept in the archive whilst we still need to build
these kernels.

Kernel 3.4.0-1.6, which is built with gcc 4.7, works fine again.
