Nishanth, it is easier to enable precise-proposed and update the kernel. You can do this even from update-manager: press the "Settings..." button, go to the "Updates" tab and select "Pre-release updates (precise-proposed)"; check for updates and then select only linux- headers-3.2.0-41, linux-hea
