Ok, i edit the post to track only the problem with shutdown and rpcbind

I'm using NFS-common , so i need to install rpcbind due to dependency
- I suspect rpcbind broke my network-manager too, em1 (why not eth0?) is not
found by network manager app

rpcbind has nothing to do with your network being broken, nor is it the
cause of your shutdown problem. We can use this bug report to track the
unrelated error message on shutdown, but you might prefer to reassign
this bug to the network-manager package for assistance with the actual
problem you'r
