Alex M, this bug was reported a while ago and there hasn't been any
activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue? If

Restarting X / gdm repairs the issue. Both mice come back to life, at
least for a while.

Same problems for me.
Originally using a Logitech bluetooth mouse. Has worked since waaay back
(like feisty? maybe even earlier). Upgraded to Jaunty, and it sort of
worked ... but often (like yesterday) just quits. Dropping and re-
registering says it succeeds, but no mouse movement. Only way to g
I just upgraded to Jaunty from Intrepid and I also lost use of my
wireless keyboard and mouse. It worked fine before. The "F" light on
the receiver just blinks at me. It actually works to select which OS I
want to use at boot, but then dies and never comes back. It is a M$ft

Please try the Jaunty LiveCD since I suspect your keyboard/mouse
combination will work fine with that kernel.

Hi,
I'm using mythbuntu (kernel 2.6.24-22-generic) and experience the same
problems/ I have not tried using the wireless usb keypad on an older
version of Ubuntu but it definitely works under Windows.
my lsusb:
