I stumbled upon the error log file. This is what follows the names of the files that are indexed over and over: http://www.semanticdesktop.org/ontologies/2007/01/19/nie#contentCreated has a max cardinality of 1. Provided 1 values - "2003-04-25T21:45:53.859Z"^^
