Fikrul Arif, thank you for reporting this and helping make Ubuntu
better. This is reproducible in Xubuntu Raring. However, if you choose 9
instead of 10, it preserves the number instead of changing it to 1. If
you attempt to put a number >= 11 it will auto reset to 10 in the
combobox.
