Seems that strange behaviour happen after I start system to Windows 7, then
restart my laptop (soft reboot) to Ubuntu.
Restart & restart again to Ubuntu not make brightness keys working.
The issue solved when I shutdown my laptop (hard reboot) then power on
again to Ubuntu. --> brightness keys wo
Using kernel 3.9 rc4 for i386, this behaviour also exist while running
on battery.
