I'm not n expert on guvcview ;-) but I thought I can give it a go and
I've tried to repeat it, set locale to Vietnamese (vi_VN.UTF-8), save
an image to a directory with Vietnamese name and file name but guvcview
didn't crash.
Hung Tran, could you attach your ~/.guvcviewrc and perhaps default.gpfl
