I also have the same results for the kernels mentioned although I have a
Killer Wireless-N 1202 (Combined Wi-Fi and Bluetooth). I have attached
the output from lspci (for the Wi-FI part) but it will not let me attach
the one from lsusb (for Bluetooth) as well?

I have this problem as well with the same laptop. I am running Ubuntu
13.10 with 3.11.0-12-generic. I'm new to Ubuntu and Linux so forgive me
if I mess up.
I am going to attempt the bisect.

On my Clevo laptop (P150EM) bluetooth is always turned on and it can not
be turned of using the fn-key. This has worked fine under Ubuntu 12.10
with kernel 3.5.0. This seems to be related to current kernel versions.

When I push FN+F11 (to toggle Wifi) the LED turns off for less than a
