Just one correction, the version of Hamster did of course change from 12.10 to
13.04.
As I cannot recreate this in 13.04 I will mark this as fixed.

I cannot recreate the behavior in 13.04. For me it seems more likely as
an issue with Unity because the Hamster version did not change from
12.10 to 13.04.
If you are running 13.04, can you please retest if this issue is still
there.
Else if you are running 12.10, can you please test whether this
I created a video of the misbehaving totals view.
Observe how the mouse pointer changes to "clickable" (=hand) shape only over
some bars. Which of the bars are clickable changes every time I reopen the
window.
