application/msword. Look at it and edit it to your needs. If that helps

if this attachment goes through... there's a picture of my desktop. i'm
basically clicking on an attachment on a forum service where i work. the
attachment is a MS Word Document with a .doc extension. i'm using the
opera web browser. opera seems to handle everything just fine except
