Running Unity within the KDE shell works, but it doesn't seem to be what
I'm really looking for.
But now, I'm lucky, since I found this tip, while googling for another strange

Found a solution, but not the reason for the problem...
I just combined KDE and Unity, that is, I now start with a KDE login and
put "unity" in the autostart. I had to resize/reposition the KDE
toolbar, because I use the Unity toolbar without autohide.

What I did:
I started systemsettings from within a KDE shell and changed:
- Opened "Desktopsuche" (might be "desktop search" in English localisation?)
- Gave it 100Mb instead of 50MB
- Switched of Email Search
There's still a problem with the nepomuk servic
It happens only, if I try to start the systemsettings from within Ubuntu
(Unity). If I log in with a KDE shell, everything's fine.
(I tried to start it, since I have problems with dolphin: It seems to "wait"
for something, because it is unresponsible for minutes. Same behavior as with
systemsett
