Here is the behaviour I observe:
-If I select "Invisible" status in Empathy the status actually changes
to "Busy" in Empathy, however the Message Menu also changes to "Busy".
-If I select "Invisible" status in Message Menu, Empathy status changes
to "Busy".

Further more, I cannot change the message menu status to online. I have
first set it to away (or any other) and then I can change it to online.
