The current node version in 13.10 is 0.10.15, so at least there this can
be marked as Fix Released I suppose.

I may have been mistaken in my previous comment. Searching Debian
packages it looks like testing and unstable are both with version 6.19
as Ubuntu 13.10; is the experimental branch the one which has the newer
version of nodejs. Looks like they are going directly to version
0.10.13.

This stills happens in saucy development branch. Can't install volo
module for node, a newer version already available in Debian.
