I don't know why this expired. There's no additional information I can
provide and it could take ages until the day i will find a reproducible
pattern.
It should be easier to review the code that controls the behavior of the
launcher, and write it in such way that will ensure it will never, ever

There will probably never be a reproducible sequence of steps, yet the bug is
there.
It would be more useful, I think, if you could tell me what log files to
attach next time it happens, that could contain information about what's
happening.
