Dave, thank you for the answer. Changing value of
/sys/module/snd_hda_intel/parameters/power_save on-the-fly didn't help me. But
definitely it's something about power saving. Because if I suspend/resume
laptop on AC power - there is no problem with sound. If I do the same
operations on battery
It might be the audio codec's power-saving feature:
"The power-saving feature might cause audible click noises at each
power-down/up depending on the device. Some of them might be
solvable, but some are hard, I'm afraid... Thus, if you hear noises, suspect
first the
power-saving. See /sys/module
