Just to clarify. There are seven types of Romanian Layouts, of which
only one is working (the "Romanian" one, not the "Romanian Standard",
not the "Romanian (cedilla)" etc.

The shortcut for Russian in the Keyboard Layout Indicator is "hy". Why
would one do that? It's been always "ru", and for Romanian "ro". The
Russian Keyboard is also non-functional.
