Hi!
As I commented above, this is still happenning in Ubuntu 13.04,
LibreOffice 4.0.2.2.
When I open the file, it opens with a line of text going right-to-left.
When I press Ctrl-1, it switches to Heading 1 style, but is now going
left-to-right instead of right-to-left.

Inkbug, thank you for attaching the document. This is unreproducible in
Xubuntu Raring. Could you please test for this in Raring via
http://releases.ubuntu.com/raring/ and advise on if this is still
reproducible?

The document should open with a line of Hebrew and English text going
right to left.
If the style of the text is switched from "Text Body" to any thing else,
it would switch to left to right.
This is still happening in LibreOffice 4.0.2.2 on Ubuntu 13.04
