Thanks for reopening this. It worked once :) I will see what can be
done with the current Firefox perl file we are using to is supposed to
take care of this.

The situation on gutsy:
* kfirefox-index.html has but should have ../kubuntu.css like in feisty.
Quick fix:
sudo ln -s /usr/share/ubuntu-artwork/kubuntu.css
/usr/share/ubuntu-artwork/home/kubuntu.css
sudo ln -s /usr/share/ubuntu-artwork/images
/usr/share/ubuntu-artwork/home/images
