Sorry, your response is invalid. At the mere mention of an unsupported tool you disregarded this bug. If you take notice of stgraber's steps, you'll notice in his troubleshooting that he did not install webmin, thus confirming that webmin is not the culprit. I did not have this problem either unt

networking brings dbus down which will in turn kill pretty much everything on the machine. This is known and this is why we tell people not to do this. Webmin is an unsupported configuration tool which has a very strong tendencies to mess with the system in a way that makes the system completely
