Another issue on kernel 3.5.0-19:
When I add "noapic nolapic" on grub, KSysGuard[0] listing only 1 CPU and it is
always working 100%. Computer is really slow.
When I add only "noapic" on grub, same as 3.5.0-18. KSysGuard listing 8
CPUs but the first CPU core always 100%.

The mainline kernel does not fix this bug, I have added the tag:

Also there were some errors while installing the kernel. I've included
