According to realtek, the bluetooth device 1814:3298 needs a proprietary
driver to work, due to something about their PCI-E design, they will not
upstream it.

I've tried linux-backports-modules-cw-3.6[0] with latest quantal
kernel[1] , and the wifi/bluetooth still not working.
And the work around for kernel 3.6.6 [2] will fix the wifi but not
bluetooth[3].

@Tim Chen, why would linux-backports-modules-cw-3.6[0] not work? The
Linux Backports Module for Quantal should contain the change in the
wireless 3.6 code.

Thanks for testing. Can you attach your syslog, or the section of
syslog that has the error. It probably id due to missing firmware.
