klipper does not save contents from closed window
keyboard shortcut.
Klipper's contents show the copied text (in this case a dolphin window,
it happens in other applications than rekonq when you close the
windows), and the copied text stays in the contents that show when
clicking klipper's system tray icon, but despite that, it still does not
pas

How do you copy? Keyboard shortcut or mouse context menu?
Please make a screenshot of klipper's contents after you copied, after
you closed rekonq and after you tried pasting in firefox. Then upload
all 3.
