I am having the same issue with a wireless WPA connection under Feisty. The connection with drop out then Network Manager will re-establish the connection. I'm glad to help out. I've attached the full dmesg output. You can see that the eth0 troubles are persistent and relatively infrequent. Some of the occasions have been while I was away from the computer, two of them happened while I was working. I have not yet observed any pattern of my own act
