Leaving nothing but the following lines in /etc/adobe/mms.cfg solved it
for me.
EnableLinuxHWVideoDecode=0
OverrideGPUValidation=true

Flash Plugin crashes in
That seems to fix it.. need to test it a bit more to confirm but I was
able to watch a 10 minute YouTube video without the plugin crashing,
which is already a major improvement. Thanks for the advice!

Right, small update: Seems to only happen with the 11.2 version of the
Flash plugin. I don't have this problem on Google Chrome, with the
latest 11.5 version of Flash.
I also have this problem with different kinds of hardware. I wrote this
report on my laptop, which has a AMD Mobility Radeon HD 4
