So after a couple of kernel upgrades, I'm back to no audio at all.
I was getting kind of excited after the last post, because at least the drivers
were being picked up. After a few reboots, they were still being picked up which
was awesome.
The downside was that no audio was actually going throug

mean just write:

in alsa-base.conf ?
