This is reported against an old version of Ubuntu and many things has
changed since then. Because of that we won't fix this issue however if
this behavior repeats on a modern version please fill a bug report
against it and we will take it from there.

there is no problem if adapter is connected to usb 2.0 port. So, only
usb 1.1 affected for me. tested with ubuntu 12.10 and 11.10

the same problem. but for usb bluetooth adapter. and problem reveals
itself after reboot only. so, stepts to reproduce are:
1) boot into ubuntu and log in as user
2) insert bluetooth adapter into usb port (bluetooth will work fine at
this step)
3) reboot system
expected result: working bluetoot
