Not a bug. No interaction was needed because we took care of the upgrade
scenario. Update Manager and release notes will reflect this possibility
and point to docs on taking care of corner cases for special installs.

No, I'm not experiencing other issues. Just for the protocol I'll add
some aditional info (maybe helpful for other users) - when changed to
/dev/sdX, 'hddtemp' command must be used with the new value, e.g.
'hddtemp /dev/sdX'. I don't know this change affects display manager's
panels for system-info
This is expected. We have moved over to using libata in the kernel.
This is a new subsystem for driving SATA and PATA hard-drives. The
major user visible difference is devices change from /dev/hdX to
/dev/sdX because libata uses the SCSI subsystem.
