- debian/control: Ensure novaclient is upgraded with nova,

I can confirm that the package fixes the issue for Resize.
But, live/block migration does not migrate DHCP host information. We
need a fix for that one as well.

Many bugs(10+) has been fixed after Essex. Backporting is painful.
