I do use clearlooks and, since this update, my tooltip colors are
yellow-based. I want my blue back! :)

If you want a workaround until this gets straightened out upstream, you
can patch your
/usr/share/themes/Clearlooks/gtk-2.0/gtkrc
to restore the hard-coded yellow tooltip background.
