apport-collect wasn't working for me behind the proxy, so I couldn't

Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer
to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the latest
v3.8 kernel[0] (Not a kernel in the daily directory) and install both
the linux-image and linux-image-extra .deb packages.

Unfortunately ubuntu-bug doesn't work for me, because I'm behind of proxy,
which I've reported separate bug report about it.
I don't see why the ticket is changed to Invalid, it takes few minutes to ask
for more information.
I assume it's present in most of the Ubuntu distributions.

Ah, sorry, the ticket is active, I was confused with coreutils (which
was added by mistake), because I couldn't send the report using just
