This no longer crashes for me with the update that fixes 96090. Klamav
will now check if clamav and klamav are up to date without crashing and
will correctly say if they are up to date. I was unable to check w
I was unable to reproduce this on my system (feisty i386 beta), but no
matter; I agree with Scott, this shouldn't really be here in the first
place. Removing this takes no time; but should we put in a informative
label there instead, or just keep it blank?

The short answer is don't enable those, you should get your updates
through the package management system. The longer answer is that we
probably ought to disable them or at least document that they shouldn't
be checked.
