I have just done a cold reboot on the laptop, after uninistalling
network manager. Networking now works . It must be something to do with
the network manager with my type of laptop . Did the same upgrade on my
main PC and had no problems with network manager - In fact it gives it a
more userfriendl
I have similar problems , Just done the full upgrade to latest , Now for
my sins I have lost my touch pad,wireless internet connection,and will
not even run wired connection . Can not connect using any method !
