Intel OpenCL SDK (converted to a .deb using alien) and adding a
"Provides: opencl-icd" line to the control file as described in the post

Yes this is a fallout from bug 763457. I have been anticipating for the
graphics card packaging to provide opencl-icd virtual packages, but that
has not yet happened unfortunatly.
Either bug 763457 should be fixed for the remaining packages, or the
pyopencl package needs to be reverted.
