I had a brief email exchange with HessiJames and it turned out that
after I deleted all my soundkonverter logs, it then worked.
I never did update this page tho once I got it working. Sorry.

please go to ~/.kde/share/apps/soundkonverter/logs and remove all files.
then try the conversion again and before exiting soundkonverter, send me
all files in ~/.kde/share/apps/soundkonverter/logs to
[EMAIL PROTECTED], thanks.
