please also take note that to fix the problems with the network you still need
to downgrade all network manager dependencies and install only 1 updated file(
the one i mention below )
fixed the above problem with the following command
first download libnm-glib-vpn1_0.9.4.0-0ubuntu4.1_amd64.deb
