I can confirm this as well. Just to be clear, I only see this bug in the
Unity menubar, but the titlebars for unmaximized windows remain
unaffected (i.e., they still use the Ubuntu font).

I don't know if this helps, but if I install gnome-tweak I can set the
font to Ubuntu again.
