Back again and checked with 8.10 full iso i386. Ping between 0.600 and 0.200ms with breaks. In an ssh session every single character response 10 seconds after pressing the key. Maybe the nic is hot frickled to the mainboard or the dma mode after dapper kernels is the problem here. The internal nic
